A non-representative survey was carried out at the beginning of this research project. In online-questionnaires and street surveying people were asked about their local travel habits and their perceived quality of the various public transport modes. In particular, the perceived level of quality of provided information graphics and maps was surveyed. Please find a copy of the questionnaire here.
