Conclusions & Recommendations

5. There is an immediate need for integration between transport modes. Integration must include Dublin Bus, not just Dart and Luas (or Metro).

6. Dublin needs both: A better (truly integrated) public transport network and a set of comprehensive high standard public transport maps to communicate it.

4. The standard of Dublin’s current public transport maps is poor. Other cities have shown what a successful public transport map can do for growing business outside the city centre, distributing public transport (decongesting the city), making the city accessible even to new public transport users and tourists and reclaiming shared spaces, raising the overall quality of living.
