The rating of the LUAS’ light rail service delivery was very good. Its information graphics were perceived to be of high quality. It received poor ratings only in the category “coverage”.Conversely, Dublin Bus’ network coverage was fairly well. But Dublin Bus received poor ratings in all other categories.

Consequently, people generally wish for a public transport system that offers the level of quality, service delivery and coherent information graphics similar to that provided by the LUAS, but at a network coverage similar to that of Dublin Bus.
